One apparent reason is that these generals are gorgeous! It was worth it!
But also the grenadiers marching forward are very well done!

Sadly I had to bin the game due to work, so will try to do a solo game at home after the weekend (if Mrs Fawr can be persuaded to clear her sh... precious things off the dining table...  ::)
