I stand partially corrected, Lt Col William Drummond did not wear a wampum belt rather he wore a set of wampum beads around his neck as you stated, "Where Right and Glory Lead", Graves, p. 71. A good discussion thanks to everyone.

Interesting discussion chaps I enjoyed reading that

I've been meaning to upgrade to the new M&T, and explore the War of 1812. Maybe something to do after Christmas! Lovely figures

I received my large order of all the War of 1812 figures from North Star yesterday. They are nice variety of unique sculpts and will be a welcome addition to my War of 1812 collection. They are recommended and Kudos to North Star for producing them. If there is enough interest I will post a report on them.

Very nice figures, I realise M&T is a skirmish game but are there any plans for March attack poses for the line infantry at least?

No sorry. We're keener to make more troop types so your M&T forces will have more variety.

We've also got the Napoleonic supplement to think about.

Here's the latest 1812 figures painted by Andrew Taylor by the way.

Nick, I seem to recall your mentioning upcoming American militia and civilians for the F&IW in your previous newsletter.

I didn't dream that up, did I ?

No, you didn't dream it. The Militia will be very soon. The civvies got put on the backburner in preference to the 1812 figures.
