Hi all

I’m new here, I would like to share with you my ideas and materials about my project of a RPG campaign.

Rules: Five Leagues from Borderlands

Minis: demonworld from ral partha Europe

DIGITALS TOOLS (on an iPad Pro 2015 regenerated)
- to create map basic hexmap- iOS app HEX MAP (free)
- to elaborate map and add symbols and graphics - iOS app BEZ (free + in app purchase)
- note - iOS app GOODNOTES ( 8 EURO...BEST APP FOR ME)
- to roll dice - iOS app NATURAL 20 LITE (free)
- to random pick for numbers or name from a list - iOS app PICKSTER (free)

I’m from Italy...please forgive my lexical error

Step
- world created and nations defined
- superficial geopolitical relationship sketched
- warband created (I’m checking if it respect all updated rules - last version was published on 30/11)
- background for warband's members written
- minis painted
- game table prepared (4section 30cm side)
- scenery WIP
- status rpg base wip

Ah very nice! I'm hoping to start my five leagues game soon. 28mm in my case but I'd like to use 15mm at some point for the smaller table space needed.

I'll be playing in my already defined RPG world Very cool that you're defining one for your games.

Any advice on background or the others materials?

I shall when I've progressed! I had the crazy idea of making a video to explain the process of my first game... I've never made a video before! So all is slower than usual,

For background, my top tip is only write up things that you need to know, plus a little around the edges. The rest you can leave vague or empty so you can fill in to create good narrative.
I highly recommend World Anvil online for storing your background info and it contains 'prompts' as well which is handy.

I like the Fat Dragon Ravenfell buildings.  At the 15mm scale, did you glue them permanently, or are you retaining the fold flat capability?

Initially I only use clip to retaining fold flat capability....but at the end I glued them

More easily to deploy..move and storage ..maybe in 28mm scale it fold flat can be useful but for me and my own experience in 15mm fixed form is better
