Plane Crazy
« on: 16 December 2020, 08:48:57 PM »

I finished up a few model aircraft that I had started a while ago for some friends, I do like the '50s US Navy color scheme https://antonswargame.blogspot.com/2020/12/plane-crazy.html

A1 Skyraider?  Always a great Navy Plane.  Korea and Vietnam action for all!

Edit: I liked the F9F Grumman Panther on your blog too.  Good stuff?  What scale?

Excellent model of a very rugged aeroplane. I've seen first hand how tough a Skyraider is. Some years back at an airshow one collided with another aircraft, and half the A-1's wing fell off... the pilot got it back under control and landed perfectly.

East E, the F9F is a 1/72 scale kit, the two airliners are weird "box-scale" but are close enough to 15mm to work
