I've finished up my Empress Miniatures Australian infantry conversions,  my greenstuff skills are not the best so thankfully these needed the bare minium of sculpting to convert them into US Special Forces for my Vietnam collection.

I'm happy with the end result, they might not be perfect but I'm happy with the end result

Great conversions, the GS pockets look spot on. I was thinking about trying something similar, but went with the recon marines instead.

Thanks Ash its much appreciated, using the figures with the M16s just seemed to beg to be converted.
Your conversions are pretty spot on my friend , my 2nd squad of recon marines are just waiting for me paint them in ERDL rather then the tiger stripe I went for in the first place when they first came out.

Going to have a go at converting a couple of the NVA figures into Montagnards to finish up my second SOG team.
Just trying to work out how to make extra US water bottles...

Its been a long day already I'm sure i replied to this already! But for the water bottles have a look at the NAM stowage set. I'm not sure how many are in it but it may help. There are also the plastic US WW2 infantry from Warlord Games, they have separate water bottles in the kit. It might be worth seeing if any one as any spare they could let you have. They may be a tad bigger but I reckon they would still work.

Great work throughout but your tigerstripes are particularly brilliant.

Thanks Grumpy Gnome, it takes a while but I'm guessing it's worth it.
