HG Walls, "Brother Against Brother" rules, cards?

HG Walls, "Brother Against Brother" rules, cards?

Tried reaching out to the publisher, but it doesn't seem that HG Walls of South bend, IN, is still around. They published the "Brother Against Brother" ACW skirmish rules, and i got a copy from a pal.  However, it seems like it needed a deck of special cards for morale?  Or am I missing something?

Any help appreciated.
"The U.S. Army's mission is to fight and win the nation's wars,
and its vision is to be a global force that fights at the scale required."

Sir, I respectfully suggest 1/56 & 1/100 as the best scales in which to fight...!

There was a deck of cards. If I recall, it came as an insert sheet you cut up into cards, at least the UK version did.

Rats.  Don't suppose you remember what was on the cards, do you?

Combat bonuses, movenet bonuses, etc. I'm away from most of my game stuff until June, sorry.

And a glorious clank of his tin-plated pants. - Dr. Seuss

Bear with me for a day or two but I have an uncut sheet in the rule book somewhere upstairs...it has the morale cards on it.  Standby...

that'd be perfect!  if you can shoot a visual to my gmail, that'd be great. it's brasidas19004.  I don't care much about a "print and play" so much as I want to complete the rule set.  They refer to them, but give no indication about what's on the cards, so it is hard to guess what the designer has in mind.  I like the rules, and could make up my own morale system, but want to know what theirs was as they seem to have spent a lot of years developing the game.
Thanks!  A.

Brasidas, if Roo's plan doesn't work I too have a pristine copy with the two pages of cards. I could scan them and e-mail to you.

Regards

Dear Brasidas:
Herb of HG Walls alerted me today of your question regarding the Morale Cards. I have the BAB products in PDF form to sell, but I'm also well-stocked with the printed Morale sheets. I also have the PDF versions of the Morale sheets that you could print, trim, and assemble (front to backs of the cards). If you'd like purchasing details, please write to me at vorjanc@gmail.com.

Appreciate it - we'll see if he can find his copy, not always easy for Wargamers to dig up their stuff, including me!

Brasidas, If you already have the rules booklet, but didn't get the morale cards, here's a link to the PDF versions of the morale sheets. You'll have to print & trim them.

Thanks Ivor!  Is that contact info for the author still good? Rules are a bit old, so don't know if these guys are around any more.  I actually don't know a lot about the rules aside from reading them.

Brassidas, you can write to me with any questions. I’m working on a 2nd edition of the rules, and we’ve done a few play-tests with my group, prior to the pandemic. The 2nd edition has some differences from the original edition. Hopefully, once this pandemic is under control, we’ll be able to resume play-testing.

If you’re on FB, I have a group page for BAB which shows photos of games and sneak peeks at the activation cards I’m designing for the 2nd edition. If you’re on FB and interested, do a search for Official Brother Against Brother Rules. Or I can post the direct link here.

Thanks for your interest!
Ivor

PS - Thank you Roo for your help.
