10mm Baronial Wars Mercenaries kickstarter Final few hours - funded

Our range of 10mm Baronial war miniatures is about to be expanded (as promised) to enable folks to flesh out their armies even further. So to add to the range of English knights and foot troops their is to be a 2nd kickstarter released soon which will allow you to add/mix in Welsh - Scottish and Irish troops.

They were sculpted by the talented John Robertson.

I have attached a pic - but can put on more if folks want to see them close up.

We have a page to keep folks informed with the release date - i am hoping it will be within the next month or so.

The detail on the figures is great - I was in on the first KS - the only bit that disappointed me was that the horses were pretty small, so the cavalry look tiny against my other 10mm figures. Horse size seems to be much more variable between 10mm ranges than infantry size.

Will be good to see what is added, and if it tempts me.

On researching these - horses were only 14 to 16 hands high (in those days) and the warhorse wasnt readily available or even bred on mass at this time if at all.

I decided to go with true scale with these and not huge heroic ones - either way a mm or 2 of filling under them will raise them to match other minis you might have or just make them look taller in general.
