Glad people like em! I have also been working on a new range of bronze age fantasy figures with a bit of a moebius style for a future game which I'm excited to show off.

New stuff!

It's been a quiet week at work so I took some time to do some sculpting. I've wanted to make a large undead lich/king/ancient hero for a while so i quickly sculpted this chap in about 3 hours in-between fielding student questions and regular bouts of "please don't set fire to yourself".

He's about 50mm tall so he'd work as a large enemy for 40mm fantasy games, but I personally think of him as a great and mighty hero from a by gone age, a giant slayer brought back to life by foul magic or perhaps summoned by the pleas of his descendants.

I've also started a range of skeletons to accompany this mighty lad in his various boney quests. And I sculpted this space bastard type character , who makes a going point of showing how big the lich is.

(Ignore the nails - I spend most of my workday mixing plaster or covered in clay.)

The lich and space dude are both already cast and up on the mammoth miniatures store, and I'll hopefully have some more skeletons up for sale soon.

Nice!  8)

That skeleton could easily double as a wight too. Should you be making several of them, I think I might just have found the perfect LotR Barrow Wights!
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

After selling out of them at salute, I have put the skeletons up on the website along with a few other new sculpts.

I also recently finished a witch, a summoned demon, and a large dinosaur sculpt as well as some fantasy guards to go with a dagger wielding warrior queen.

Here's the raw sculpts of my recent fantasy minis - The dinosaur was very nearly a dragon but I decided i wanted a more crystal palace look to him. The witch was mostly an experiment in hair and cloth. The summoned demon was all about trying out elemental textures, and the second skeleton was just because I wanted to sculpt more fancy hats.

Also as a little aside - I made this little green man bust as a donation to the third year fine art students I teach, for their degree show fundraiser auction.

I had him copper plated and patinad, then mounted to a small chip of marble. I forgot to actually get pictures of the finished bust.

Nice sculpts, I especially like the axe-wielding skeleton.

I'd managed to miss this thread, possibly because the images are blocked at work (boo).

However, looking at them on my tablet, there are a few figures that are likely to join the mountain in the not too distant future :D
