lol lol lol lol lol lol lol lol

I think I've mentioned it before, but the 'Accident Board' in every RAF MT Section was always filled with horrific photos of black Minis, mashed on the road, dripping fuel, oil, blood and body parts.  :o

The mini Mini looks fab! I should imagine driving anything would be a come down after piloting a Lightning.
Em dezembro de '81
Botou os ingleses na roda
3 a 0 no Liverpool
Ficou marcado na história
E no Rio não tem outro igual
Só o Flamengo é campeão mundial
E agora seu povo
Pede o mundo de novo

Managed to finish a pair of Saxons today...these have been on my painting table for a while.

Metal 1/48 models from ASAM... they cost a few pennies new, but I found them on the web a while back. You can get a resin print for these now, but the weighty heft of the models kind of suits the Saxon.

Great job on those! Wow, though, Saxons were ugly machines. All blocky angles and odd proportions. It is like they were designed to subdue opposition through sheer hideousness. They make Casspirs look elegant in comparison!

Never the less, surprisingly easy to camouflage, with a little imagination.

Fast forward to 6.42

4 years on... still going strong  :D

Bloodhound is finished...although there is a bit of a gap between the rubber nose cone and the missile body...might go back and try and fill that at some point.

Just to show the size of this thing, i've included an Empress mini in the shot...
