After getting the Silent Invader thoroughly embarked on a Dorking project (  >:D ) it's about time I started a thread for my own version.

It's in VSF as I'm going to have the occasional bit of steam tech here and there. Nothing over the top, just enough to warrant it being in this board.

Troops will be mainly from the Perry BIF range. I'm not as fastidious as Steve regarding correct uniforms etc so all the figures for my collection will be vanilla  :)

First off though is some terrain (isn't it always lol ).

I'll be doing a good selection of small houses/villas that will have separate plates representing gardens and just pavements as I should be able to use quite a few of them for Limehouse as well.

There will be lots of hedges and I've done a test and also started on production lining the rest although I think I'm going to need a lot more  ::) lol

I've got two battalions already that are also seeing service in Japan  :D

It's also going to be a good project to get a lot of generic terrain done, such as rivers, woodlands, marshes/bogs etc.

Thanks again  :)

These hedges are going to take ages lol

I have got the bits for a river test which I shall hopefully get started today and if it works I can use the same process for the marshes/bogs.

This will be worth following! Beautiful start, and I think we all anticipate the revelation of a complete table of throughly English suburbia being trampled beneath so many tiny, marching boots.  :D
Operating from an abandoned US spy base somewhere in the Australian outback, Miniature Martin produces games and scale miniatures set in parallel worlds, past and future. He is NOT trying to take over the Earth. This time.

Lovely, just lovey James.

Look forward to seeing this develop further in time.

Cheers.
Best wishes,
Helen
