Nice work - its lovely and clunky.

My only comment is that I think the searchlight should be mounted a bit higher, so that a 'tall' pilot's head (e.g. pith helmet) doesn't partially obscure the lamp. Also, lamps can get very hot - in its cirrent position it would pose a real danger of singeing the pilot's hair :o

Very nice  :-*  :-*

One comment I wil make though is that I would suggest losing the piping at the front under the chest, it looks a bit to much like a Space Marine for my liking. Have a small set of cogs or a fly wheel of some sort or some pistons that help the suit bend forwards  :)

(Really like the feet  :-* )

cheers

At the moment there is a separate head and I hope to make a couple of others to go with it. It will also be armed with a small gatling gun and sword.

Could be fun  ;)

Especially appropriate for Sir Henry Bullshott's flowing pony tail, not so relevent for baldies like myself lol

unless the suit is passed around when the officers want to dry their hair

could a possible option be to make the searchlight separate, with holes at both sides of the fastening and add a steel rod to the pack, so that the buyers have the option to convert it to a movable one with extendable attachment, like a periscope?
who doesn't simply fixes it into place??

since the head will be echangeable anyway??
