Athenians for War Gods

I just completed a couple of units of Holites and two units of lighter troops plus some associated characters.



Here are the archers, pretty classic poses and sculpts.


Here are the two units of hoplites.  The figures were done in the purple with the silver armour depicted in the pictures on the Croc website.







And here are the Peltasts.  It is tough to see but the leader of this unit is my favourite model in the bunch and might be one of my favourite Croc figures overall.



Here are all the characters.  There were two of Theseus with two army packs so I painted both.



One I did as Old Man Theseus. 



The other as a younger version. 




He is with his two body guards, which I suppose you could make into a unit of four if you aren't using both models in the same game.

Looks great!

Good to see a full Athenian faction painted up and ready to go. They seem to be the side that gets the least love. Your chaps look magnificent so that might inspire others and change things.
