Granny Grating is probably the correct term  lol
Perhaps, but I think I might switch to Nanny Netting now.  Actually they both sound like names in a folk tale.

"Granny Grating and Nanny Netting lived in tiny house, at the bottom of a wee hill, in a small estate, where little children often went missing..."

That has a very Pratchetty sound to it. They must be colleagues of Granny Weatherwax for sure...  :D

Some rapid progress in the last week or so, with another 20 minis painted.

First up some Infinity, who will be my Belters:

Inspired by The Expanse and Raised by Wolves, I have another 20 to do.

Then some Hasslefree Grymn, who will be my quasi Aliens Colonial Marines:

I have another 35 or so of these to do, plus 8 landers.

Evil comes in the form of the Krakon Drones (formerly Hasslefree Druuschan) who as genetically modified escaped convict miners, are influenced by Serenity and Ghosts of Mars:

I need more of these, as in addition to the above I only have 4 ‘tanks’.

The Wookies have been posted previously, and here’s a size comparison of all 4 races so far:

I'll have to take another look at the Hasslefree Grymm, as I don't remember there being that many poses.

I have been looking at the GW Votann stuff, but I'm concerned about the height of them, especially next to the Wargames Atlantic figures. These look much better, much more like Squats :D

There is quite a range of them regards poses etc now.

Excluding conversions (eg an otherwise identical mini but with added helmet) and the walkers, but including what is presently out of stock, there are some 45 variants.

The Hasslefree Halloween sale runs to Monday 14, so I'll order a few samples as the weekend. Being squats, they're slightly cheaper than the other figures on the site :D
