Over the last few weeks we've played two Jacobite Rebellion games using the Song of Drums and Shakos Rules. The results are even with both side winning a game!

Here's a few picture of the action...

Game 1
A British Supply Wagon and Escort are ambushed by Jacobites!

The results are not good for the British!

Game 2
Alan McDreamy and another Highlander face off against a group of Redcoats

A brave Highlander attempts to retake the Jacobite defensive position single handed!

Here's the links to the two AARs for the games!

I very much enjoyed both battle reports.  Scots 1, Recoats 1.  Who will get best 2 out of 3?

Just out of curiosity, which rebellion?  '89?  '15?  '45?  Like I said, just curious...

Hi CapnJim!

Thanks for the comment! Maurice set the games during 1745. 😃

Cheers!

I thought maybe the '45.  I've always pondered doing the '89.  My wife and I, when we went to Scotland, went to to both Culloden Moor and Killiecrankie.  Fascinated with Killiecrankie.  Could be the song... ;)
