I'd gather you have not seen these yet? One of this type (or more, not sure) are running around in Chechnya.

well, the armoured railway thing seems to be somehow imbedded in russian DNA ;)
here again we see what the place of armoured trains is - irregular and asymmetrical warfare

if You want to start a civil war, build an armoured train first

so, let us think about armored trains for BCW then

there is this marvellous Richard III movie with Ian McKellen. and they have trains  ;)

Thanks wayswatcher, that photo second from the end is exactly what I had in mind . as well as the flat cars , but instead of the whole T-62 it would just be an armored box with a turret on it.
