28mm linstocks

 Can someone help me with a manufacturer where I can order 28mm linstocks for some artillerists?  Your help has always been invaluable before when I needed it to keep my armies in the field.

I have replaced some in the past using steel spear shafts and wrapping thin wire or greenstuff around the shaft.
