Middle Earth projects: Gildor & Co.
« on: 29 August 2021, 03:19:21 AM »
I've been wanting to build one of these for ages. Finally got round to carving the foam and laying on the air dry clay.

That is a very well put together piece; would also be useful in Burrows and Badgers.

Taking inspiration from Ingarsby73's use of Oathmark Tribals as Woses, I decide to make my own. The heads work well for Woses with their deeply set eyes. The six pack torso didn't look right so I used the same trick of shortening the torso and giving it more of a pot belly look. In the books Woses had bows, but in War of the Ring army lists they have blowguns, so I mad a mix of both.
