Bob, I think you have two options:-
1) Keep it tall & buy more buildings, about 3 stories high or
    make some 'plinths' to raise up some 2 story buildings.
2) Separate the two halves & make a roof for the lower bit.

I would go for option 2 (less work)

I would keep it, if you have the storage space for it at least.
And place it somewhere close to a corner where the chances of it getting knocked down are hopefully slimmer, at least unless it's targeted by artillery.

Superb table there, I particularly liked the citrus groves.
