Balsa cement

Never used this stuff before. Will it stick balsa to plastic at a push ?

Not whatever type I tried long ago.
 
What does work for gluing balsa to balsa or balsa to plastic is to put some plastic cement on each piece of balsa at the join, rub it in, and let that set into the wood grain. Then use anther drop of cement to put the pieces together.
