Lovely pieces, the devil's in the detail but your painting lifts them even higher.

Great stuff Phil lol

Loving the unique style and appearance of these. The colour schemes are very effective. The little details really create interest and make them pop.

Here's a couple of aliens I painted recently. They are Zykhee scouts from VOR but I intend to use them as NPCs in games. I think they are cool figures and the crouching guy is a great pose.

They'll also double as Falleen from Star Wars for that project and I painted them in vaguely Falleen colours.

Yes! Those are great miniatures. I can’t agree more about the crouching model. Definitely usable in many sci fi games. Great stuff!

Great seeing more buildings painted-up and the Zykhee too.Got some cleaned off and ready to paint.Sure they were sculpted by Kev Adams,so green works well for them ;).

Going to have to start digging in my bits boxes and give it a go.Got a Ferrero Rocher plastic box to use.

I didn't know they were sculpted by Kev Adams, they are certainly nice figures.

Yes start collecting all the junk and household packaging.

Most of the Vor range was sculpted by Kev Adams.

Way ahead with collecting stuff for scratch building.Been doing it for years now and have quite a few boxes of stuff then the miniatures bits boxes.Seeing your work has inspired me to give it a go.

One of my goals for this build was to make sure I had enough scenery to play Planet 28's Escape from Lychester VII campaign. In the first scenarios there is a space port on the table edge and I thought it would be good to make this a larger piece, which can double as a backdrop in games and for posting photos.

It was constructed from PVC Foam, and I glued XPS foam, old sprues, plasticard, mdf scraps and various 3d printed and other bits to it. It ended up much bigger than I planned, and one of my original goals was to make sure all the terrain fitted into some boxes I already have, but this is too big. :(

The sign I made after buying a cheap hot wire foam cutter and I like that its not perfect. Also the sign is removeable and held on with magnets, so it will be easier to paint and store.

With a couple of figures to give you an idea of the size.
