Alde Garde: An early medieval tower/keep/donjon in 28mm-part 2

Although the tower I made can used as a stand alone wargame piece, I have build a small bailey to go with it. Small because it need to go on a wargame table. Total measurements now are 60*90 cm as we use 60*60 pieces for the table.
The piece is ready for making a wattle fence around the bailey and then the painting can begin.
As I wanted a gate which can be opened on the relative low motte I simply have made one from four pieces of balsa glued together with two ex-pikes from Northstar and some other balsa to make the doorposts etc (see the picture).

As said earlier, the early medieval tower needed some outworks so i made a small motte on which the tower can be put and after that added a small bailey. Just simple without fancy stuff; a selfmade wattle fence out of cocktail prickers and woven string, a small drawbridge as entrance to the bailey (but this could be manhandeld) and the rest was just sanding, painting and grassing.
The total is a reasonable representation i think.
