The forces of evil are closing in. The troops stand ready. Time to open the book and stick to the rules…

Actually I wore the Nassau coat of arms on my sleeve when I was doing my duty in the 5th Panzerdivision and chose these miniatures due to that link. It was the Usingen region where I was garrisoned.

The Silver Bayonet: Ghosts
« Reply #8 on: December 13, 2021, 07:46:31 AM »
I was not sure whether to show progress of miniatures for The Silver Bayonet in this thread or to start a new one for each new subject. At last I decided to stick with this thread and post my efforts consequently.

Here are the first of newly made monsters for the bestiary of evil that may arise to haunt the brave Nassauers: Plastic ghosts which got a slight rework on their bases. I like that these miniatures can take another miniature with a 20mm diameter base atop their own bases to "caress" them in a most threatening way.

Those are very cool and the bases make them fit in. Who makes the miniatures?

They look great and that is a clever idea with the caress.

These are Wizkids Deep Cuts Miniatures (primered plastic). They provide some rather cheap and useful terrain pieces and monsters, but I find the human miniatures a little too small in comparison to my usual 28mm gaming miniatures.
