On a side street in Palookaville, as with every year, stands good ol’ Santa Ralph, ringing his bell and sipping from his flask. With a fondness for holiday merriment and bathtub hooch, Ralph is a cheerful reminder that not all the residents of the East Side let their rough circumstances dampen the holiday cheer. Drop a few nickels in Ralph's kettle. Sister Mary Margaret and the orphans sure will appreciate it.
