Battlefield in a Box - Pine Wood for 1/72?
« on: 25 December 2021, 02:40:59 PM »
I think I’m going to get some trees for my HYW 1/72 table. I see Battlefield in a Box has both small and large Pine Wood for sale. Obviously, trees come in all sizes but anyone know if these two sets look good with 1/72 models? I’m thinking the small one would, but what about the large? Anyone have any pictures?

Oh, and Merry Christmas!
(Getting pine trees is timely)

I tried looking for a price and didn't see but I'm guessing a trip to your local model railroad store (or web site) will net you several more trees than come in that box for less money.  Of course, you'll have to come up with your own base.

I'd go with the smaller trees set if you do go that way because taller trees are harder to reach over - get knocked down easier.
