New Frostgrave figures
« on: 17 January 2022, 06:16:20 PM »
The next release of Frostgrave figures will soon be ready to order.

They are all designed to go with the last supplement, Blood Legacy.

I'll post here when we're ready to take orders for them.

We'll be offering a Frostgrave Blood Legacy bundle deal later this week.

As a special offer, anyone who orders a bundle deal in the early Bird period (the first week) will go into a prize draw and 5 lucky winners will get the Joe Mc wizard added to their order.

This was a special figure, designed by Bobby Jackson, of Joe McCullough as a Frostgrave wizard. It was given to him as a gift from Osprey Games, he's kindly allowed us to have 5 castings of it for this offer.

These are excellent - just as generic RPG figures if nothing else!

I think it's partly the 3 coats of varnish they get. Two gloss and one matt, each given 24 hours to dry.

ah right, interesting.

I remember one of his foundry books - he was using DIY (I mean the sort of thing you'd get at a Hardware shop) varnishes I think, and it seemed to involve an almost alchemical ability to sift out the 'correct' mix from it !

has he moved on from that to more off-the-shelf hobby products I wonder.
