20mm Brandenburger figures from Elhiem painted up as Brandenburger Tropical Kompanie troops.
 
Finally settled on a basing technique that I think works well for Tunisia and is passable for the rest of North Africa, The Med, and The Aegean.

Thanks Freaky Fenton. The Officer with the Bergmann MP28 and the NCO with the Beretta modello 38A are nice touches.  The whole range of figures has an "on campaign" feel and the 3D rendered poses and equipment are really well done. Super fast shipping from Elhiem.

Guys, thanks for the positive feedback.

@TomDulski - I am rebasing all of my WWII figures and have already completed about 140 stands for NWE. The Brandenburgers, which are recently painted additions, not rebased figs, are the first of my Tunisia and OpDragoon troops to get this new basing treatment... there are about 200 more stands of GIs, DAK, and Fallshirmjager still to go. I've change the title of this thread and will post some WIP pics here. No timeline, just as I think of posting.
