Marvellous. Civilians are often ignored by wargamers and I think they bring the table to life.

Thanks, Oshiro! 👍

Much appreciated, Saddy. 👍 I purchased the figures from user ‘Leon’ following discussion on the forum here.  I suspect they are not currently available as Leon is based in the Russian Federation.

Cheers, Paul 👍.

Very good - the chap on the far right in the top photo looks like he's just about to launch into: "If I were a rich man....."

Nice figures and I love that you kept your palette muted and allowed the figures to look like they work for a living.  Too easy to be overly colorful and then figures look more like they belong in a cartoon than in our "real world" of warfare.  Some people like the colorful, I prefer your approach.

I agree entirely with the previous comment. I think the muted palette is much more realistic.

I went and looked at Perry Russian Naps.
They have s wagon that looks like it would work.
A few packs of peasants, some armed and some with farm tools.

Thank you, Fifteens Away. Glad you like that; I did try to think about what colours typical peasants might have available.

Many thanks, Marine! That Perry wagon looks perfect and will definitely be in my next Perry order. The peasants would also work for a winter theme. Just shows that it can be worth looking in ranges for different periods 👍.

Lovely addition to your collection  :-*

Reminds me that I should get to painting some TYW stuff myself. The via regia is always an inspiration when I do that.
