The caricature style really does not work for me.

The OTT muscles on the barbarian, stupidly thin (with odd thigh gap) female, super tall dwarves and a direct rip-off from LOTR surprises me for Tom Meier.

Even the goblins are lack lustre and nothing new...

Strange commission TBH.

Bare metal and greens of the human figures: Realms of Men New Sculpts

The female barbarian looks better in bare metal and comparable to Wargames Foundry, while the male barbarian looks barely human. The wizard looks LotR inspired, but it's a magic user with a staff and there's only so much variation on this type - I've seen many Gandalf lookalikes.

Really like the top two knights as I am much more into Thunderbolt Mt's Arthur line.

Like the new Elves. The style of the new Dwarfs doesn't work for me.

There seemed quite a lot of new goblin sculps, just too big for me at 30mm scale.

The new troll sculps are welcome as being for me book faithful.

Toes on the feet, though!  :o

They do look great - a modern take on some of the late-70s Meier classics.

I think I can live with that!  ;)

I'm a raging TM fanboy so I'm biting my proverbial tongue re: some comments :)

Even so I agree with some posters on the dwarves - not my style. I prefer the Conquest and Vendel look. The goblins though, 1979 or 2010s, are sweet as honey IMO. I hope the elf range expands. I don't like my the GW LotR poses and the Oathmark figs are a bit average. I'd pay a premium for these if there were some cavalry as well.

I realize we're in the early days of the campaign, but compared to the Firelock KS, Ral Partha Legacy has been rather good with communication and hype. I hope it gets to $20k, so I could add the mounted warlord...
