Are those decals on the back of the helmets or were those numbers hand painted?

Those are decals, I took them from 1:72 German truck model, these are supposed to be the numbers on the license plate.  :)
Camo is also from decals by green stuff world.

Thanks! I was thinking about that, but I already have 20 of them so I guess thats enough for now  :D

Odd question for you....any chance you can compare one of your standing guys up with other ranges/genres? GW imperial guard or Stargrave guys or especially bolt action guys????? Looking to see how kitbashable these guys are. You sold me on them.

Great job on those Spec Ops fellers.  I'm still pondering what I'm gonna do with mine...

I only have the GW imperial guard from that list. Keep in mind that these are the old IG, the newer ones are a bit bigger.

Here is previous comparison with spectre miniatures https://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=137540.msg1752492#msg1752492

Hope it helps

Thanks! While those are not great, you can still get some cool poses from them.

I've kit-bashed some of the Warlord Special Ops weapons arms on Wargames Atlantic's French Resistance to create modern(ish) armed civilians...

I’ve added three more Spec Ops from Warlord Games to the unit, bringing it up to an 8-man team.
Camo decals are from Green Stuff World

Armed with Chines QBZ-03 assault rifles - one rocking a marksman scope and another packing an under-barrel grenade launcher (UGL) for extra firepower.
All of them are also equipped with AN/PSQ-20 night vision and standard assault kits.

Entire unit:
