These are truly my cup of tea and I'm interested in getting at least a platoon. However I'm not entirely sure on how the Danish organized their platoons. I found an ORBAT in an older FoF supplement suggesting that a platoon would be what Westy38 put into the deal plus one more of his support weapon packs, which would be attached to the platoon HQ element.

Could anyone confirm or comment on that?

I am no expert sadly. Maybe start up a fresh thread or check out one of the cold war ORBT sites. I believe there are a few on Facebook.
Also there are a few cold war danish projects from a few years back. I'll see if I can find them, but you might be able to get information from those gentleman as well.

Actually, the danish army fought Reptilicus in the 60's, so they'd need M1's

Danish mechanised infantry platoons were of 3 squads, each of 10 men. Two of those would be crewing the M113, so eight dismounts. An MG3 (M/62 LMG) per squad along with an 84mm Carl Gustav (M/79) and the rest with G-3a (Gv M/66).

There's a PHQ element of four men that includes a 60mm light mortar (M/51) whicg was apparently the old US M2 mortar . Apparently there were 2 tripods/ lafettes held for the machineguns and enough IR scopes for 1 per squad.

All in all the Underfire platoon makeup seems pretty much bang on minus the mortar. No shortage of  those available in 28mm.

Apparently the motorised infantry platoon was identical save for a nine man squad and presumably one of those was the driver, so again eight dismounts.

When I was in the danish army. Every squad would also have a .50 cal mounted on the truck it was usually dismounted with the infantry and crewed by a gunner and the driver as an assistant.
That might be an anomaly however as the year I spent in the Royal Lifeguards we were Motorised infantry in stead of armoured. As all our M113s were shipped out to Bosnia with the international brigade.
