28mm freebie figure from Partizan years ago. Remembered I had it last night, so painted it up this morning as my own little tribute.

Likewise.  Dug her out this afternoon and just waiting for the undercoat to dry.

Here's my effort.  It's not a very good likeness, as she is somewhat 'chunky'.  you've done a far better job, I think:

She's definitely more Olivia Colman than Claire Foy, you've remembered the medals that I totally forgot about in my haste.

I was thinking I should have paint her green and done her as Princess Fiona.  :D

Cheers.  I had to look up the medal ribbons: at the time she had the George V Silver Jubilee Medal (predominantly blue) and George VI Coronation Medal (predominantly crimson).

Very nice!!!  Now you have me thinking how cool would it be to have figures of my mom (Welsh nurse) and dad (9th USAAF)!!!

Of course then I would have to get her sister (also a nurse), her husband (Brit tank commander), and 3 of my dad's brothers (all U.S. Army).

Thank you. Have you had a look at Annie's female figures at Bad Squiddo? They're really good.
