I have zero use for such a structure, but it's always nice to see your building processes :)
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

I would hope that the techniques would be of use in your own builds.

That looks awesome.  What paints did you use to color the walls?  Thanks.

"What paints did you use to color the walls?"

They are a mix of craft paints, modelling paints and artist's acrylic paints.

I applied a pale cream base that was a mix of household paint - the sort you buy in DIY stores.

I then gave the model a number drybrushes with similar but lighter coloured paints. Mainly model paints.

The streaking was done with my airbrush in very light downward strokes, building up the highlights to an almost pure white colour.

The final paints were some oil based washes - adding very slight colour with loads of odour free white spirits just to tint the walls.

I then used watercolour pencils to 'age' the walls.

I hope that this helps - I very rarely use paint straight from the pot, preferring to mix my own colours from lots of different water based acrylic paints.
