The bugs look useful as generic scifi nasties, but they also look like they'll be an absolute pain in the hole to attache to their bases.

Looking farwards to the marines and the jungle fighters though, lots of possibilities for mixing and matching with the stargrave stuff. I don't ever remember there being so much to choose from.

Same! Although, I do find the bugs a bit too, um, generic? I mean, I understand that's the point, but I'd rather have two different kits that are each a little more different than one that's neither here nor there. Not least because more plastic bug kits can only be good in my opinion!

Honestly, I'm a lot more excited by the marines and the jungle fighters, even though you could rightfully argue that they themselves are a bit generic too!

Oh, you think these will be bad, just remember the Defiance Games bugs? These look to be the (at least) spiritual successor to those. Trust me; glueing restic to only pinpoint points of contact was an absolute nightmare! 

At least these are proper plastic and can be melted solidly together...

They do look nice and generic as buggy opposition though; more options!

I don't think they'll be too bad compared to the WA Spiders. Those dudes are an absolute pain to glue because they have so many leg options and no instructions etc.

At least with these you can see which is the front and back legs.

Looking forward to them though. WA is doing a nice job of covering the generic sci fi market.

Fans of Wargames Atlantic on the forums and Facebook certainly seem to think there will be some conversion potential by combining the spiders kit with the harvesters, yes.
