What I did today
« on: 06 April 2007, 07:31:39 PM »
Hi,

This is my work for today. Not finished...eye-strain, resulting headache, and nagging kids mean that any further work is unlikely. But hey.....I'm pretty happy with this thus far.

Hi Grimm,

What game do I use them for?......good question.

I love all things Back of Beyond, and I guess, ultimately, that is what they are for. But unfortunately, I have totally failed to get anyone else that I game with interested in Back of Beyond at all.
I've got a large-ish White Russian army, a small (but growing) Chinese, bandit, mongol, type force and a band of assorted adventurers and so on, so one day, I'll have enough to put on a large game at my local club without having to worry about needing someone else to provide figures.

I've also got a fair bit of WW1 -ish colonial stuff so that they can be used for that, and I guess, that with a bit of historical licence they could also be used with either my Darkest Africa stuff or even sci-fi.

I've already got  a few pack camels......a few more can't hurt...especially as I seem to be enjoying painting camels at the moment.

Cheers
Squint.
