Author Topic: Vanvlak's assorted fantasy: tackling mt. plastic - Heresy miniature horrors  (Read 639 times)

Every January I try to scale the heights of the plastic and lead mountain, and usually fall victim to an avalanche of new purchases.
This time I at least managed to paint a good proportion of Heresy miniatures, a small collection of horrors including a nice fat worm, Mr Trousermouth, three maggot people (stuff of nightmares), and three gigantic ticks. These were all one-part models (apart from the base), and were good fun to paint. My original plan was to make them pale, but the colours just crept in progressively. I can recommend these guys, especially for dungeon style stuff.

Here's a close up of the worm and Mr Trousermouth.

Those are very well done! I can tell because they get my skin crawling (I have a minor phobia about grubs and worms).

You have done a grand job on those gribblies - they look suitably yuk!
