Great looking game with a fun story line.  I, too, have thought about using Fistful of Lead for RCW.  I've used Bigger Battles for ACW, the original set for Old West, and Horse and Musket for AWI.
I see your OOB, but what weapons did you give them from the rules?
And, did you use the movement rates of the rules, or create your own?

@Pan Marek - I asked Stephen who ran the game to answer your question

Thank you for your questions

Ranged weapons, page 10 of the rule set....
All artillery, including the tank guns, were Medium guns.
All the machine guns, including tanks and armoured cars, were heavy  machine guns.
All infantry units were armed with obsolete rifles only, no squad level machine guns in the infantry sections.

Movement rules were all as per the rule set.
The tanks were classified as "Large".
