Well dammit, I did a place of worship last year for my Space Hulk, so that's out!

I had also not heard of the scale creep problem with 28mm Turnips.  The way things are going these days, we may be awash in 54mm turnips masquerading as 28's before long. You would think a "root" vegetable would stay a little more anchored in its size and not fluctuate as much...

I had a little bit of time to devote to this project this week.

The concept will be a heavy cart or wagon with a religious-looking shrine/canopy enclosing a resin cast I received from an online acquaintance. It's an eggplant, with a face. Not sure what to really say other than its a strange world out there.

I designed a quick base structure in Tinkercad and printed it off on my Ender3. I also printed a 'Root Oxen' beast (from the Turnip28 Patreon) to pull the shrine. I'm gathering up components and will start building soon.

I decided that my block shape would be petty dull to work with, so I took a trip to the local thrift shop and vowed to leave with something I could use. I ended up with a Disney pull toy sailing ship. I took it apart and am filling in the gaps. I also built some wheel axles.

Getting close to being done with the build phase. Need to cut bases and finish up the canopy. Created a pillow out of Milliput, and the support structure for the canopy.
