To be honest it's a pretty easy test to pass. I can think of singularly few cars where that won't be the case, even if the figure is mounted just on a washer, which most of mine are. If they don't then the chances are that it's not 1/43 but something bigger in the ever elastic 'fit the box' scale. Of course there are probably models of pre-war vehicles that height challenge the smaller 28mm figure.

Ficou marcado na história
E no Rio não tem outro igual
Só o Flamengo é campeão mundial
E agora seu povo
Pede o mundo de novo

Same here, but with different vehicles (almost) all next to an artizan WW2 figure on a GW style base:

Your blog is awesome!!!

Not only AARs of chain of command, fistful of lead... whiteout (a rarity) , but a great source of ideas for terrain!!

Now you are responsible for the huge Playmobil ship that I'm going to buy and the submarine that I have to build...

I have a few 1:43 ww2 diecast Tanks and vehicles, just in case you want me to take pictures and add them to your post.

Thanks for such a helpful and inspiring blog!

Thanks for the kind words!

Glad my blog inspires others. Although some things are beyond my skill I often get inspired by other blogs (I also stole the "foldable paper terrain" idea from your blog Tereydavi).

The die cast pictures are most welcome. It would be great if they were in a comparable format (side shot of the vehicle next to a 28mm minature on a GW type base).
Please send me a PM to arrange this.

T.

Here is one of my traditional William Killian and Volkswagen Beetle photographs.
