Thank you very much for your interest in this project.

These Cossacks may well work for 1648.

These figures are made for one small company located in Russia in St. Petersburg.
In the future, these figures will be available for sale.

The Russian litter cavalry is currently in development.

Nicely done.  You can never have enough cossacks.

Curious as to whether anyone has seen any of the period rule sets address the number and use (training) of cossack "pike?"

These are horses for 1632. These are not tall horse breeds - argomak. The Time of Troubles in Russia did not allow the troops to be equipped with expensive horses. But these are the horses of the first hundred of the noble (local) cavalry. They are groomed.
