Reviving enamel paints

Does anyone know how to resurrect  dry enamel paints?

Happy to be helpful-ish... 

One small caveat.  If you remove the dried chunk at the top sometimes you find there's any soft paint at the bottom you can possibly revive that bit with more mineral spirits.  One an enamel dries though there's no resurrection possible.

Okay, I'll see if there be any squashy paint left. Do you know of anything I could use the bottles for?

The bottles (glass?) should be good for storing small amounts of any kind of hobby materials that have solvents or other chemicals that are bad news for plastic containers. I actually still have a few old baby food containers for that purpose from when my kid was little. The only catch is that the lids need to be in good condition, otherwise the harsh chemicals/ solvents will still slowly evaporate and escape (which may be why the paint hardened in the first place…).
