10 years of blogging
« on: 27 May 2023, 11:36:19 AM »
It has been 10 years since the Battlefields & Warriors blog started and much e-ink has spilt over that time.The first post covered an action at Noville 1944, at the tactical level, so I have marked the 10 years with a return to the Bastogne stomping ground.

Their is a brief AAR covering that game and then some observation on the blog itself and where it is heading.

A link for anyone interested in that sort of thing;

Congratulations and here's to the next 10.

I have enjoyed many of your articles, especially those concerning small-table gaming, and grid wargames.

Thank you all. Wargamers really do have a nice corner of the internet to enjoy and while away some passing moments.

Our era/genre interests are almost completely divergent, but congratulations on 10 years of blogging.   Quite an accomplishment.

I know the cool kids have moved to the social medias a long time ago, but I still think there will be a renewed appreciation of blogs someday...

Happy Blogging Birthday, Norm. You prompted me to have a look at my own blog (This 28mm Life) to see how long I've been going - 11 Years this October. I'll have to remember to post something memorable to commemorate but, knowing my memory I have no doubt that I'll forget.

Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.

Congrats, on 10 years. I must admit if you are like mine I would do it even if no one read it - although it's nice if people do. I have found it fun to keep a record of my painting and some gaming activities.
