Issue 3 of the current volume of the Pike & Shot's magazine, Arquebusier, is now out. Members should be receiving it any day now and if you are not a member you can join here - https://www.pikeandshotsociety.org/

In this issue are articles on the Scots brigade in the Dutch army during the 80 years war, the King's army at Bridgnorth, October 1642, the Gunner's Quadrant and a set of rules called Table Battles.

In addition, there are smaller pieces on an Irish regiment fighting in the Netherlands for Spain in 1614, the siege of Lichfield in 1646 and an unknown skirmish in Cambridgeshire in the ECW.

To round things off there are 6 knowledgeable reviews of books covering the period.
