Garage Attendant
« on: November 05, 2009, 02:10:17 AM »
Currently in the middle of making my Zed board and one of the terrain features is 'Bubba's Garage'.  Any ideas on figures that could be a good Bubba?  Or his cousin Jed or something?

Thanks for the help.

Add greenstuff coveralls...

Near instant Bubba...

Love the fig, but the Blob is *huge*. Like, close to 40mm to to the top of his head, not including the base.

You could try the fat guy from this Rafm pack

Prince August do a very nice "Mechanic" figure in their Future Shock range (ignore the photo on site does not do him justice).

EM4's unarmed thug:

He's quite short and looks more like a helper but the model does have a spanner in it's back pocket. If you cut/file off the knuckledusters and add some sort of tool it would work.

Griffin miniatures also have a perfect model, albeit a bit large:

Let me hear the battle cry
Calling on the wind
Let me see the banners fly

I don't know if this chap from Hasslefree would be ok, with some slight conversion maybe:

Mine's painted as an "Oakland Raiders" fan, looking at the football scores on his mobile phone in glum resignation at yet another collossal defeat  :(

I ordered this guy already hehe.  I like you style on how you painted, and yes, that would be the look of an Oakland fan this season!

Love the fig, but the Blob is *huge*. Like, close to 40mm to to the top of his head, not including the base. - Everyone's always making fun of the Blob's size... He ain't too fat or too tall... just size and height challenged.  lol

I seem to recall a female miniature that carried a huge wrench... in a Serenity type of post here on LAF... she was supposed to represent Kaylie. Of course I can't locate it now. Anyone know of the post I mean?

Ahhh.... found it.... Meet Bubba... maybe name an alteration of female name?

Might she do? A little anti-stereotypical.
