The Romans are said to have used squealing pigs against Pyrrhus though how they made them squeal is not, as far as I remember, recorded. They also used "wild boars" against the Tarantine war elephants.
The Megarans used flaming pigs against Antigonus Gonatos' war elephants with great success.
I'm not aware of any other recorded use of "war pigs". Though Alexander the Great is said to have learned of the use of pigs as a counter to elephants from Porus, if I remember correctly.
