No Man's Land in Aizuwakamatsu: A TMWWBK AAR

Link to the full report above. I adapted one of the scenarios in The Last Samurai Rebellion for the Boshin War, transposing the action to Aizu in October 1868. The result was a one-sided disaster for Aizu, which I attribute partly to bad dice and partly to a bad plan, but also somewhat due to the nature of the scenario. It probably works fine for the suggested sample forces, but allowing either side to be mostly rifle-armed seems to make it pretty lopsided for whoever feels obliged to advance into their fire.
