Banging my head against a brick wall at Malplaquet (1709)

We completed Marlborough’s “Big Four” by refighting Malplaquet. We Allied players didn’t do quite as well as the Duke. Brief and colourful photo-AAR here.

Ouch, that hurts. Wear a helmet next time.  ;)

Is that chalk on a mat that I see? Perhaps next game I will try that on my trusty Terrain Guy mat, see how much comes off afterwards.

Quite, Vincent. Tricornes don't offer much protection.

I think Matt said he uses fabric markers and his mats are permanent.
