What colour would a WW1 British tent be?

I am painting a Debris of War command tent for WW1/A War Transformed as a British tent, and wondered what colour it would be?

Most would be either khaki or natural linen (off white). Google 'Etaples Bullring WW1' or 'Etaples Camp WW1'.
