Sword and Spear Fantasy assistance

I have had this rules set for a long time (the basic ancients medieval) and I've recently decided to employ it as a battle system for my ongoing Warhammer RPG campaign. 
It seems like the owner has closed up shop.

Problem is I have access to the fantasy army lists https://www.dropbox.com/s/x5g6b88j472rf90/S%26S%20Fantasy%20Army%20Lists.xlsx?dl=0

but no explanation of what any of the new special rules mean (undead? brave? frenzy? regeneration?)

I'd be interested in buying a PDF of the rules, but I can't seem to find them.  Too impatient to wait for the actual book being delivered.

Does anyone know if there are pages that explain the Fantasy rules? or a way to get my hands on a PDF of the rules (from a reputable dealer?)

As mentioned above, the rules are published by Great Escape Games. A pdf of the Ancient & Medieval rules is available, but not for the fantasy rules.
