Anyone had difficulties with these figs or the manufacturer in general? I recently bought a box in a shop that had a very high rate of damaged figs upon opening. What I thought would be a cost effective alternative to build my 15mm armies got very expensive. Sadly I cannot return it as I was traveling and can’t get to the original seller. I contacted PSC and was told I would get shipped a replacement box, but nothing has happened after almost 3 months. My last querying email to them has gone unanswered.

I bought the 100 Years War English box set plus a few extra unit packs and they took about two weeks to arrive which, whilst not as fast as some companies is is not too bad. I had one figure whose base snapped off and a few I had to bend forwards on their bases to stand upright, otherwise I think the figures are quite cleanly cast and what little 'flash' there was was easily cleaned up with a very sharp scalpel.
It sounds like you need to send them a polite reminder? The figures also paint up very well.

I am on my second polite reminder in a week but as yet no attention or reply.

I do hope that this resolves well, as the figures that were intact looked pretty good.  But 11 out 22 horses came broken and not a few of the foot figs were too badly damaged to repair or even to hide in a second rank.

I thought PSC were a decent bunch, I've an order pending with them. I hope I don't regret it, too

Have you tried using social media, I find companies tend to prioritise resolutions when they are a bit more public

I saw something on Facebook saying that they were back to (full?) production so I'm guessing that it was technical problems to do with the casting that has slowed things down(?).

I did get an email reply,  yesterday.  Something was mailed to me but it went awry somewhere in the mails or possibly customs.  PSC  said they would send out another box when they can but their machinery is awaiting a repair.  They also offered a refund but I have chosen to wait as i am in no hurry.  I think this is going to be a good experience in the end.

I am told that there is usually no more loyal a customer than a once disgruntled one whose problem was solved.
