Hello from Tacoma, WA!

Hello everyone,

I'm new to this forum besides having lurked on here a couple times. I started getting into wargaming around 2008 at the ripe age of 22. I always wanted to play Warhammer Fantasy Battles but sadly I never got a chance to play. Instead I started with 5th edition of Warhammer 40,000 with the Assault on Black Reach set because I was and still am a big fan of Orks. Anyways, I played a handful of games and didn't stick with the hobby until I was 30 years old.

Still very much interested in Warhammer Fantasy Battles, I found out that the game was no more (late to the party again! Drats!) I went on to play many other games even managing to play a couple games of WHFB!

I joined this forum to discuss games and look at/show off painted miniatures with like minded individuals.  :)

The games I'm much interested in:

Warhammer Fantasy Battles (6th, 7th, and 8th edition. Though I always wanted to try earlier editions.)
Warhammer 40,000 (Currently playing 3rd edition and dabbling in 10th edition.)
Kings of War
Dragon Rampant
Lion Rampant
Xenos Rampant
Warlords of Erehwon
Deadzone
Firefight
Frostgrave
Bolt Action

Hello and welcome to the LAF. I have been on here for a number of years, I am also in Tacoma, There are quite a few active grooups in the area. There are a couple of conventions near by too. Feel free to contact me via PM.
